Each place changes with the seasons and offers a varied glimpse of beauty. When the busy sets in, sometimes our only taste of open nature is while we're driving. I often soak in its serenity through the windshield all the while longing to sink into the woods on foot. It had rained in the morning on a Saturday and after the rain took a pause, the scenery transformed into rich color.
